this is the Louvre. endless galleries of paintings and art pieces. you'll need years to finish them. we din go in la... not tt interested. Mona Lisa is in one of them, but we din know which one, or else may have gone in. some more pictures of the galleries in the area. actually, i dunno which is which... :P

next is notre dame! i suppose everyone heard of the hunchback of notre dame? well, this is the church... (various views from all ard..)

and this is sacre-coeur of montmatre.. never noticed this in the film until now.. in the day-time... we din manage to watch the sunset the day b4, so decided to come back again. this is wither one or IS the highest place in Paris city, so can get a nice view of the city, and supposedly a very nice sunset as well...
well, we waited and waited, but it was too cloudy, so no sunset for us. plus it was damn windy and cold, had to seek shelter inside the church, then i come out to check once in a while. photography is not allowed in the churh, so to bad, no fotos of the interior.

Eiffel tower! we actually spent too much time at montmartre waiting for the sunset tt we din have time to come here. have to run all the way la... damn shag... and then it just suddenly light up! a pleasant surprise!

hmmm... my fren said he saw eiffel tower inside amelie. but i just watched it, and i din see any trace of it... lol.. am i so blur? or did he remember wrongly? anyway, they had quite a few scenes at various train stations, and i can recognise Gare de Lyon! well, we slept one nite there la.. and it was darn cold since its raining outside, and its the first place tt we see of paris, so of course i remember it quite clearly. hmmm... tts abt all..
