ok....guitar camp have ended... it was really a worthwhile experience...

i got "possessed" by the singing spirit on sat nite... couldnt stop singing.... i was singing all e way to fong seng for supper, then back to jai's room.... and i was still singing... Daren asked me whether i am proud of my voice... i din knew e answer then... and he said i must be, or i wouldnt have been singing like wat i was singing... hmmm... and i felt tt he must be quite rite la... its just tt suddenly got ppl praise me on my singing... so i had the confidence and e mood to sing more, as i wasnt creating noise then.... had such a great time... caroling, singing spanish dance no. 5, hidamari no uta wif daren(e song u all hearing now), guan huai fang shi, and the many other songs tt siyang can play... i used to not like daren... tot tt he was too loud... haha... but now tt i know him, he's quite nice also la.... he and siyang even walk me back on sat at something like 4.30am in e morning... and they had small grps auditions some more... really paiseh...but i had no place to sleep ma....

hmm... xmas party went quite all right la... just a bit dissapointed tt me and marie practice so hard, but in e end, we din sing tt well... laughing along e way...so unprofessional! haha.. in the intro song, actually is only me and marie sing only... then end up e seniors were booing e guys, asking then y they never sing... then i was just laughing... so funny ...couldnt help it.... i had to expl later tt it was meant to be tt way... as for the other songs, they din really know how to sing, i tink... except when the whole choir broke out in "fa la la la la la la la la" for Deck The Halls... tt was damn funny... then there's this time when jai and yong kiat would have stopped playing e songs, and marie and me are supposed to end off, going high at e end... in e end she never sing, and i was nudging her... when she did come in, i already couldnt contain my laughter... oh ya! and i was e triangle girl! lol... i strike it all at e correct time.. yeah!! hehe....

we played some games also.... dressed shengjun up as a christmas tree... so funny, haha.... hmmm... and there's this watermelon squshing game tt i felt was totally horrendous... wast so much watermelon.. and we had to use our butt to sqush lor... disgusting... i just get out of e game saying tt i had no extra clothes... it was damn messy lor.... then nancy revealed our angel and mortal, and we watched a nice video clip abt e camp... quite nicely made... they shld have spent quite some time on it...it was on all e sabo sessions we had... shengjun was so cute with his cartoon voice... lol... still can remember how siyang was e centre of sabotage... and xiongdan's obigood thingy, e iron ladies, ricky martin, and jai's incredible tremolo with his fingers tied...haha... then there's this grp who had to chew bittergourd according to e rhythm of one of our pieces... plink plank plank? or concerto? and songyi the red nose president!!! haha... reasons small grp was quite unlucky... somehow their members always get saboed... and the male members always have to do e forfeit together....

well, we had supper at fong seng also... i always sat with e "dinosaurs"...lol... e alumni members... then got to know abt e history of GENUS (Guitar Ensemble NUS). i was with wai for both times i went for supper, and on e last day i asked her abt my auditions. wat i knew was tt siyang, jai and marie played solo pieces for their audition, while i only played e bridge and ending of the melody of love story... and i forgot how to play, so had to keep figuring out e notes... and she actually said "very good"! siyang asked songyi, who is his roommate, and he said tt everyone will get a "very good" from Wai... well, i asked her how i got selected, and she said "well, you can play wat"... ok lor... i suppose so....

last day was really quite fun lor... after the xmas party, we just sat in cfa lobbly and sing songs together... dunno how e guys manage to do it lor... we were just singing and strumming... very very nice... then they were singing ah niu's "dui mian de nuu hai kan guo lai", and i was just in fron of siyang! and marie pointed tt out and i wanted to siam, but everyone dun let me change seat... well, i have a little scandal with him la... hai...i create scandals everywhere... he's my best fren in genus ma... so i was with him everywhere he goes, esp during breaks, i'll go to his room to rest... den ppl see us coming out of e same room, and they tot we sharing rooms lol... and he would always go "no, no, no... we left e door open leh..." and one time, weelian walked past and she actually closed e door for us.. she's damn cute and funny lor... and there's even one time when i was in Daren and Jai's room, and Daren walked in and ask me where siyang was... he was taking a bath then.. after siyang came back, i told him tt Daren was looking for him.... and Daren said no, he just tot tt me and siyang would alwasy be together, tts why he asked.. lol... its TT bad...

well, besides all these fun stuff, also learned quite some stuff... a very wonderful experience and time well-spent...
